About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Prioritize customer needs, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Store Support: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team dynamic.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Flexibility: Be available to work weekends, overnight shifts, and adjust your schedule as needed.
