  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex business needs, and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
  • Build and oversee the development of robust integrations with other peripheral systems, middleware, and applications.
  • Define architectural and development standards for projects, adhering to Appian and WNS-Vuram best practices.
  • Perform frequent code reviews, ensuring the quality of the overall delivery and mentoring a team of Appian developers and analysts.
  • Conduct sophisticated troubleshooting and problem-solving across the Appian platform, driving innovation and leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of total experience, with 4-5 years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications using Appian.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers.
  • Experience in developing on J2EE platforms,.Net platforms, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
  • Good logical and analytical reasoning ability, with strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in developing solutions and managing teams.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Knowledge of GenAI, AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, Process Mining tools and technologies.
  • Appian Senior/Lead Developer Certification.
