Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development process, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for test automation, with experience in developing and maintaining robust automated test frameworks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and continuously enhance test infrastructure and frameworks.

You'll take ownership of leading the testing community, mentoring software test engineers, and promoting best practices. Your expertise in API architectures, including REST and gRPC, will be essential in validating API requests and responses.

In this role, you'll integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, participate in code reviews, and analyze test results. You'll also identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in test automation, with a focus on developing and maintaining reliable, scalable automated test frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of API architectures, including REST and gRPC, with expertise in testing and validating API requests and responses.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of containerisation tools (Docker) and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes).
