Job Description:


This role involves supporting clients through complex environment and planning matters, including project approvals, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. You will advise on major residential, commercial, and industrial developments, negotiate planning agreements with government authorities, handle environmental licensing, and provide expertise in biodiversity and conservation regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in Environment and Planning law within a top or mid-tier firm. Experience in managing client relationships, handling high-stakes projects, and mentoring junior lawyers is essential.
