About the Role

Fulton Hogan is seeking a committed and self-motivated individual to join our Asphalt Laying team in Hazelmere.

Key Responsibilities

As an Asphalt Compactor, you will be responsible for communicating with the Site Engineer and Supervisor for daily duty assignments. You will work with asphalt paving foremen and roller operators to achieve optimum compaction through the use of a Pavement Quality Indicator (PQI). Additionally, you will troubleshoot, identify, correct, and prevent quality control issues, perform field testing, quality control reporting and record keeping.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require a strong sense of safety, commitment, and reliability with a desire for a career within the Asphalt industry. You will also need a construction induction card (White Card), a valid driver's license, strong written and oral communication skills, and basic knowledge with technology.
