Bunnings is a leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the Loss Prevention team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our stock and processes.


The Loss Prevention team is responsible for implementing strategies to reduce stock loss and improve overall efficiency. As a key team member, you will lead a small team of Stock Loss Prevention Team Members, working closely with store teams and suppliers to achieve these goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct 100% physical checks on all stock received across South Brisbane sites
  • Coach store teams on Goods Inwards processes to ensure accurate stock receipt and storage
  • Provide feedback to the Merchandising team on unsafe deliveries and supplier-related issues
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure accurate delivery of stock
  • Complete relevant SSA administration tasks to support team efficiency
  • Work at different Sites every week across the South Brisbane region, ensuring a thorough understanding of our operations
  • Be responsible for safe lifting and moving of products, adhering to Bunnings' health and safety standards
