Mental Health Public Health Specialist

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key member of the Mental Health Services unit at Royal Melbourne Hospital.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative evidence-based public mental health models of care in collaboration with the University of Melbourne. This project is embedded in the Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing consortium.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of translational research and best practice models of care collaboratively with diverse partners.
- Work alongside both clinical and lived experience teams to plan and implement projects that promote co-design and co-production of research initiatives.
- Utilize your expertise in co-production to support and lead projects that enhance consumer and carer engagement.
Key Requirements
- Able to build relationships with individuals and groups to drive coproduction and codesign.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a network organisation with multiple stakeholders.
