Job Title: Support Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible support associate to join our team. As a support associate, you will work closely with individuals and their families to provide personalized support and care.

The primary role of the support associate is to provide daily living support to individuals in their homes or communities. This may include assistance with personal care, household chores, and errands.

• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals
• Assist with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
• Accompany individuals on outings and appointments

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
