We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Boutique Consulting. As the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance on tasks and projects.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and partners, handling inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Oversee office budgets, ensuring costs are under control and expenses are managed effectively.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding new team members, and managing employee records and training needs.
- Organise internal and external events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and catering.
- Create and implement office policies, procedures, and standards to maintain efficiency.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Experience in leading and supporting administrative staff, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with external stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Solid experience using office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
