Strategic Program Coordinator

This fixed-term, full-time role is dedicated to fostering excellence and innovation within a culturally responsive learning environment.

The Role

As a senior secondary college, we empower both students and staff to grow, lead, and thrive. The successful applicant will play a key part in providing strategic leadership and fostering a positive school culture.

The position involves coordinating all aspects of our Follow the Dream program and supporting its integration into daily operations. This includes developing targeted programs, plans, and whole-school approaches aimed at improving student achievement.

Collaboration with school leaders and teaching staff will be important in managing the operation of the program, including overseeing financial resources and developing improvement strategies based on quality data and contextual information.

The successful applicant will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and support for students' academic and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted programs, plans, and whole-school approaches aimed at improving student achievement.
