Service Management Development Program

This graduate program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in service management. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of project management, technical support, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

  • You will support experienced project managers on large-scale projects and lead operational projects or small engagements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing project plans and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Managing teams and supervising/representing them within larger project programs.
  • Ensuring project success by meeting budget, schedule, quality, and business value requirements.
  • Coordinating resource management with resource managers.

To be eligible for this program, you must possess a Master's degree or equivalent tertiary study experience. Additionally, you should have 0-3 years' work experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will undergo a series of rotations relevant to your intended role with various teams within the business while meeting performance requirements. This includes case studies, classroom learnings, self-paced training, and on-the-job training. Your work will focus on projects that showcase your ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure. Furthermore, you will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will learn about the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio and understand how to deliver according to service specifications.
  • You will develop time management, problem-solving, and communication skills through a range of activities during training and on-the-job rotations.
