We are seeking an experienced Concrete Batcher to fill a permanent role at our concrete plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch orders accurately to meet the requirements of specified mix designs.
  • Coordinate truck allocation for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, repair, and calibration.
  • Lead and manage staff effectively.
  • Maintain safety standards and promote safe work practices.
  • Optimize plant performance while reducing costs.
  • Operate Agitator Trucks when necessary.
Essential Requirements:
  • HR driver's license required.
  • White card certification essential.
  • Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience.
  • Australian working rights.
