About the Role

This leadership opportunity involves leading a team of professionals to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences. As a Christmas Experience Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and supporting your team to achieve our goals and ensuring that every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.

You will also be responsible for managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow, as well as welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry. Your energy and positivity will be essential in maintaining a dynamic and festive environment, even on the busiest days.
