Regional Pest Control Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team in Port Hedland. This role will involve carrying out pest control work for various customers, managing scheduled work, and engaging with customers to validate requirements or confirm visits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conducting thorough pest control services for a range of customers
    • Managing daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled work
    • Traveling to mine sites, cattle stations, and aboriginal communities for overnight stays
    • Engaging with customers to validate requirements or reconfirm visits
    • Enhancing the Rentokil brand through developing meaningful relationships with customers and role-modeling these behaviors
    • Identifying sales leads for the region and assisting with their development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert III Pest Management Licence
  • An Australian Manual Drivers licence
  • Ability to travel to remote areas while servicing regional customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as numeracy skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
