Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering the financial performance of the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing insights into budgeting and financial strategy. Your proficiency in scenario analysis will be essential for crafting effective financial plans, cash flow projections, and cost models. Additionally, you will oversee all accounting functions and significantly contribute to succession planning within your team.
- Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and engage with senior executives
- Develop budgets and perform financial analysis
- Employ scenario analysis for financial forecasting, cash flow, and cost models
- Manage month-end closing processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, fixed assets, lease reporting, and financial statements
- Support succession planning within your area of responsibility
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position will possess extensive experience in commercial finance roles. As a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or CIMA), you will have a solid academic foundation and a proven track record in managing transactional finance teams. Your strong communication skills will enable effective collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, including the executive team. Exceptional stakeholder management abilities will be critical in this role.
