Role Summary:
Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent in the industry. This position is critical as it requires a strong understanding of various modules, including billing, payments, meter read, and meter management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) solutions
- Design and implement solution designs and provide technical support
- Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and end-users to resolve functional issues and deliver effective solutions
- Lead CC&B/MDM Technical Teams and mentor junior team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B and MDM functions such as customer service, billing, OUAF framework, integration with MDM, meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC&B
- Strong knowledge of modules like billing, payments, meter read, and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections
- Experience in configuration tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals using Java/Groovy
- Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
