Job Title: Senior Team Lead

The Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking a skilled professional to assume leadership of the Community Transitions Team.

About the Role:
  • This role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team providing assertive transition support services for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • As Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-risk cases while working in partnership with Local Health Districts and other government and non-government organisations.
  • Strategic planning, data collection, budgeting, program evaluation, and people management expertise are crucial for delivering effective forensic mental health care.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health or a related field.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or membership to a relevant professional association.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and experience in leadership positions.
  • Strong inter-agency liaison and collaboration skills.
