Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Course Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of our Diploma Of Nursing program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing educational activities that promote student learning and engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Educational Strategy Development: Develop and implement educational strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Collaboration with Academic Staff: Collaborate with academic staff to design and deliver high-quality curriculum materials.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the course team, including coordination of teaching schedules, assessments, and evaluations.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in course coordination or a related role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
