As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is a Full-Time Sales Position with some Warehouse Duties.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

In this role, you can expect retail hours that will vary and will include regular weekends and public holidays based on a rotating roster.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with your team in the day-to-day store operations
  • Build relationships with our customers
  • Drive sales and achieve individual budgets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with Owner learning basic warehouse duties & liaising with customers to allocate weekly deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Manage stock control and ordering of backup warehouse stock.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrate exceptionally high standards of customer service
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • Team player
  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred but not essential
  • Computer knowledge is highly beneficial (experience with Pronto is an advantage)
  • Self-motivation and well-presented
  • Necessary fitness and ability to walk the floor throughout the day and perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads, as required.
