Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
They will also perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems, replace defective components and parts under warranty, and ensure proper functionality and performance.
Apart from these tasks, the chosen candidate must document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
