About the Role

  • We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide therapy services to customers on a needs basis while building on their strengths and developing sustainable long term solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver goal directed therapy services to children and adults, collaborating with significant others to support community participation in various environments.
  • This role involves supporting customers and others to develop and review individual therapy and support plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, meet the needs of the individual, and reflect personal goals.
  • Key responsibilities include providing informative and current information to customers around valuable services to maximise their ability to make informed choices.
About You
  • You have relevant experience in disability and/or paediatric services and are committed to family and person centered approaches, strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation.
  • You possess excellent communication and team skills, making you an ideal fit for this role.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must provide:

  • A Current Driver's License and own vehicle
  • Registration with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and International Police Check if applicable
