Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our delivery team as a Fitness Delivery Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading retailer of strength and conditioning equipment, delivering high-quality products to customers across Melbourne and beyond.

  • Safely navigate busy streets and suburban roads to deliver orders and complete installations during the day.
  • Assist with picking and packing orders, and other warehouse tasks as required.
  • Load allocated vans with the day's deliveries
  • Deliver prepared runs, including documentation via a provided app
  • Assemble and install fitness equipment, from small pieces to complex installations
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular safety checks
  • Support warehouse duties as needed, including unloading containers, packing stock, and picking bulk orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to valued customers

You will need:

  • A manual Australian driver's license and a safe driving record (you'll need to consent to undergo police and driving history checks)
  • A forklift license preferred, but not essential
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets and suburban roads
  • General fitness is important, as manual handling of products involves some heavy lifting

- Driven and motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Hands-on and mechanically minded, keen to learn products and installation skills
