Director of Properties

As a Property Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing retail properties and leasing processes.
The primary responsibility involves securing and managing leases for retail stores, maintaining property value, and ensuring smooth operations across the retail property portfolio.
You will lead a high-performing team and draw on your negotiations skills, established network of landlords and agents, and ability to manage multiple projects across a vast geographical territory.
The role requires strong leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with landlords, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
You will also oversee the upkeep of retail properties, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance with safety and building regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements with tenants or landlords
- Act as the point of contact between the company and landlords or tenants
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential retail spaces for new store openings, relocations, or expansions
About you:
- 5-6 years' experience within a similar environment (Retail or QSR)
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed
- Exceptional leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, working 5 days in an office environment.
