Project Coordinator Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects within our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate project schedules, meetings, and workshops, as well as prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations.

Additionally, you will track timelines, identify potential risks early on, and escalate issues with context. You will also be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements through interviews and workshops, crafting functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Furthermore, you will guide delivery and support testing and UAT from defect triage to final validation. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.

Key skills required for this position include strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping skills, as well as familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and/or Waterfall. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project, JIRA, Excel, or similar tools, is preferred.

You will also need excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
