Our organisation is seeking a skilled clinician to join our acute care mental health team.

Mental Health Assessments and Crisis Interventions
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of adults in crisis
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Care Planning and Coordination
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and carers to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Coordinate referrals to appropriate services and facilities
Trauma-Informed Practice
  • Deliver evidence-based trauma-informed therapeutic support to clients
  • Adhere to principles of trauma-informed care in all interactions with clients

The ideal candidate will possess strong crisis assessment and intervention skills, as well as relevant qualifications and experience.

A valid NSW driver's licence and NSW Working With Children Check are also required.

Requirements
  • Registration as a Social Worker, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Counsellor
  • Experience in acute or community mental health settings
