We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our childcare centre.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a strong background in management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating kindness, inclusivity, and a commitment to quality care
  • Inspire teams to deliver exceptional learning environments that foster children's independence and curiosity

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of educators, implementing educational programs, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

About You:
  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification
  • Have a current Working with Children Check
  • Be legally able to work in Australia
  • Be safety-conscious and have a current Child Protection certificate
  • Have a Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Possess a warm, approachable, and professional manner
