Strategic Governance Officer

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of governance functions within a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating committee meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing logistics.

The Strategic Governance Officer will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality secretariat services to Board advisory committees and the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records, including conflict of interest registers
  • Coordinating logistics, such as travel, catering, and venue hire
  • Building strong relationships with committee members and internal stakeholders

This is an opportunity to develop skills in public sector administration and coordination while being part of a collaborative team that values precision and reliability.
