Venita is currently seeking a reliable and committed Cleaner Supervisor to provide exceptional service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for daily operational cleaning requirements, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are always delivered, and staff are scheduled and trained to meet this requirement.

  • Create a positive and safe working environment
  • Assist with on-the-job training
  • Coordinate the work of Level 1 cleaners
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Provide manager with a weekly report on site running
  • Ensure inspections are completed by due date and using CleanTelligent
  • Manage rosters and timesheets

This role requires personal drive & motivation, resilience, integrity, extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry, previous experience organizing periodical cleans, computer literacy and basic report writing skills. A strong customer service focus, punctuality, time management skills, training and leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, commitment to quality improvement are also essential.

Suitable applicants must undergo a National Police Check, pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen and provide proof of working rights in Australia.
