Lead Care Professional Role

Delivering exceptional care to residents is at the forefront of this senior position within our aged care organisation.

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality personalised care to all residents.
  • Develop, monitor and implement comprehensive nurse care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, investigate issues and incidents, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.

For success in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as an Aged Care Manager or Coordinator.
  • Working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation processes and AN-ACC.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and professional development.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and NDIS screen check.
