At Sephora, we're looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our Macarthur team in Sydney. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for inspiring and helping our customers become the best version of themselves. You'll work across all our departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness, and be equipped with field trainers for your initial onboarding training and access to our unique online learning platform for continuous learning.

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephora, providing exceptional customer service and creating an amazing shopping experience for our customers. You'll be a keen observer of new products and iconic brands, and be able to multitask and think on your feet. If you're passionate about beauty and have a passion to share your knowledge with your team and Sephora customers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an amazing shopping experience for our customers
  • Work across all our departments, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness
  • Be equipped with field trainers for your initial onboarding training and access to our unique online learning platform for continuous learning
  • Be a keen observer of new products and iconic brands
  • Be able to multitask and think on your feet

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members
  • Availability to work across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability
