This role involves working with customers to select the perfect eyewear solution, providing exceptional customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management

Requirements:

• Solid customer service and sales experience preferably in an optical or retail environment
• Able to work towards sales targets and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of current trends and fashion
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
