Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their dignity, choices, and independence.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to residents with complex needs, including dementia care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory nursing board.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or current Police Check Certificate.
  • Current Flu and up to date Covid-19 Vaccinations.
