We are in search of a Nurse Unit Manager for the Cath Lab, responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of 40 nursing staff on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure optimal management and efficiency.
- Coordinate the provision of safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Offer leadership, mentorship, and support to your nursing team.
- Be accountable for the proficient management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Possess a solid understanding of flexible staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of learning to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional and constructive relationships with our VMO partners, employing a customer service approach to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and family-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Extensive experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
- Proven leadership and management experience.

- Dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty or actively pursuing them.
