About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Advisor to join our Project teams in the Pilbara region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with client and company health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the OH&S management system
  • Lead the project start-up process and drive completion of crucial project deliverables
  • Lead the safety teams who oversee construction and project activities
  • Drive project excellence in safety management practices through proactive engagement and field leadership support
  • Lead the critical risk management process to ensure all risks are identified and effectively controlled
  • Ensure compliance with client and company health and safety requirements, including reporting
  • Oversee and lead as required incident investigations which drive continuous improvement and lessons learned
  • Champion health and safety, attending various meetings as required
  • Facilitate and complete risk assessment reviews
  • Provide advice and recommendations to project leadership team on health and safety issues affecting performance
  • Conduct effective inspections and audits of the workplace, focusing on HSE compliance and supporting conformance
  • Assist in the roll-out of corporate and site-based health and safety initiatives
  • Maintain data in the incident reporting system and produce reports in line with project and corporate requirements
