Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional MC Driver to join our transport team and play a key role in delivering vehicles, trucks, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving between VIC - SA, safely operating trucks, heavy machinery, and other vehicles to transport equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive between VIC - SA
  • Safely operate trucks, heavy machinery, and other vehicles to transport equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and machinery to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
  • Report any mechanical issues, perform basic maintenance, and coordinate repairs to ensure the proper functioning of vehicles and machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance logs. Complete necessary paperwork for deliveries.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience:
  • Proven experience as a truck driver in a similar role, preferably in the transportation of vehicles or heavy equipment or machinery.
  • Licenses and Certifications:
  • Current and valid MC License.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Able to drive a Road Ranger and Automatic Trucks.
  • Have a safe driving and background record.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Confident handling loads of high value.
  • Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
  • Good understanding of fatigue management.
