Project Civil Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Project Civil Engineer.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to lead our project teams in delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget and to the required standard.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering process plant platforms, access roads, drainage and associated infrastructure in remote and challenging terrain.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • A key aspect of this role will be communicating effectively with clients and project team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You should hold a degree in Civil Engineering and be certified or working towards chartered status (e.g. CPENG/RPEQ).
  • Proven experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design engineering in a relevant industry (e.g. mining, mineral processing, materials handling, heavy industrial).
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, 12D, or Civil 3D would be highly regarded.
  • You should possess strong analytical skills and well-developed communication skills both written and oral.
  • Able to manage, motivate and influence employees at all levels and commit to mentoring and coaching personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to travel.
