- Ensure the maintenance of a clean and hygienic clinical environment.
- Patient Care and Support
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with patient recalls, appointment bookings, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Instrument Sterilization and Stock Control
- Maintain accurate records of instrument sterilization and infection control procedures.
- Manage stock and supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist.
- Experience in dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental software.
