Senior Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Lead

This position is pivotal in delivering business analysis, quality assurance, and project leadership for the Terminal Efficiencies Initiative. The individual in this role will spearhead the requirements to testing strategy workflow throughout the project's lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing technical deployments of proof of concepts, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness signoff deliverables. This role is crucial in ensuring that the technical, business, and change solutions of the project align with business needs and are executed within the acceptance criteria to minimize operational risks and enhance post-production stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and direct the testing strategy workflow and acceptance processes.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into actionable system and technical specifications that are executable within the testing strategy workflow.
  • Support the business strategy and project requirements across various business domains.
  • Guide the effective transition from project phases to sustainment through project management, production turnover, operational readiness, and post-production stabilization.
  • Oversee comprehensive projects from requirements gathering through development and delivery.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary.

Required Experience:

  • Thorough understanding of various software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and clarifying requirements from diverse stakeholders using best practice methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with operational technologies, solution architecture, business processes, and project management workflows.
  • Experience in business process analysis, recommending efficiencies, and mitigating bottlenecks across cross-departmental processes.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of real-time operational technology deployment strategies for critical business processes, systems, and capabilities.

Educational Background:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related IT discipline.
  • Project Management certification is advantageous.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or Technical fields are beneficial.
