">The Role
">We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing sourcing strategies, and driving a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including role briefing, drafting and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and completing compliance checks.">
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create a competitive advantage in the market.">
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.">
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes to ensure the best candidate is selected for each position.">
- Provide ongoing support to newly hired employees through onboarding and integration into the organization.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will have:
">- A strong background in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.">
- Proven experience in managing complex recruitment projects and timelines, with attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address recruitment challenges.">
- Working knowledge of recruitment software and systems, including SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.">
- Familiarity with best practices in diversity and inclusion, with a commitment to promoting equity and cultural safety in the workplace.">
