Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a sales associate to join our dynamic team during the holiday season. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and supporting your team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable experience for every customer by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive store environment.
  • Support your team to smash sales and KPI goals by working collaboratively and maintaining high energy levels throughout the season.
  • Maintain stock levels by receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves full to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer expectations.
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy by adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and holidays.
  • Retail experience is a plus, but not required. However, we are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love for working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven individuals who thrive in a competitive and dynamic work environment.
