Lead Android Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
This role requires strong expertise in Kotlin, modern Android development techniques, and software development best practices. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding practices is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable mobile solutions that meet the requirements of our digital portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused features and ensure quality and compliance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Strong Kotlin programming skills and a deep understanding of modern language features.
- Experience with Android Architecture Components, building scalable mobile applications, and writing testable, maintainable code.
- Proficiency with Gradle and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
