Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    - Process and maintain purchase orders with high accuracy

    - Manage orders in the product database ensuring consistency

    - Develop and implement internal product descriptions

    - Ensure effective sample management for successful meetings

    - Coordinate samples for relevant discussions

    - Perform general administration tasks related to data entry and database maintenance


Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Merchandise or equivalent, online studying experience a plus
  • Experience: Worked in retail, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service and industry standards
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, accurate attention to detail, ability to manage a heavy workload, flexible time management, and autonomy to prioritize tasks based on business needs
