About the Program

This immersive fixed-term program is designed for Early Career Talent to gain hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and visualization. You will work alongside experienced professionals and develop transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automate data collection and aggregation processes to create informative reporting dashboards.
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to identify risk events and loss exposure, generating insights for strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct case investigations to classify risk event typologies and summarize patterns and characteristics of risk behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python & SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
