Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and operational at all times.

About the Role

This position involves performing cleaning duties both indoors and outdoors across the West HQ precinct. You will need to have availability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight.

You will be required to handle repeated lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, and / or standing for extended periods. This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also work well independently.

A well-presented individual who enjoys staying busy is ideal for this position. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working with chemicals and exposed to smoking areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in using cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Current RSA Competency Card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A friendly and helpful attitude
  • Flexibility regarding work roles and hours
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Willingness to work in smoking environments
  • Availability to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights
