We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our Facilities Management (FM) category. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities- Transition out previous waste suppliers and implement new local partners.
- Promote and implement a procurement category management strategy in FM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.
- Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain performance to key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about market trends and shifts affecting the healthcare industry.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in onboarding new suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills are essential.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen are necessary for success.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are required.
