The role of an Incident Management Operations Lead/Nurse Management Consultant requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills to manage operations directly related to health incidents. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Incident Controller, ensuring effective incident management in accordance with the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate operations directly relating to the health incidents
- Provide a recognised reference point regarding service planning and delivery
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary clinicians across a defined practice area
- Senior Professional Officer 1 - N6 level qualifications or experience
- Proven leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
This position offers a competitive remuneration package of $151,221 - $168,735 (including salary $128,551 - $143,611). The successful candidate can expect a mid-senior level employment opportunity in a dynamic and challenging environment.
