Job Summary

The Project Manager - Program Oversight and Board Support is a critical role within the Governance and Leadership Program (G&L) at ClearCompany. This position serves as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer, Chairperson, and program areas, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secretariat Support: Manage the team responsible for providing secretariat services to the TSRA Board, Audit Committee, and Program Steering Committee, including drafting meeting agendas and facilitating communication between the Board and operations.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the provision of training for Board Members, including governance, professional coaching, media and communications training, and advocacy training.
  • Parliamentary Functions: Coordinate the TSRA's Parliamentary functions and legislative reporting requirements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Oversee the secretariat services for Audit Committee Meetings, Program Steering Committee Meetings, and other ad hoc meetings as required.
  • Agency Liaison: Liaise with other National, State, and Local government agencies, community organizations, and provide information on Board responsibilities, activities, or services as required.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise or advice, including specialized or professional advice across a range of executive services.
Requirements

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of governance, leadership, and executive services, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
