Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

You will also be required to upsell and promote menu items, answer questions and provide recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and set the tone for an epic visit
  • Take orders, deliver food & beverages and keep the great times rolling in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Upsell like a pro, answer questions, and bring menu knowledge to the table
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hospitality experience in restaurants or pubs is highly desirable
  • A positive, team-first attitude with a passion for delivering winning service
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics
  • A love for sport
