We are excited to represent a leading company in the renewable energy sector, building a new project team for a solar farm project in regional Victoria.
About the Opportunity:The HSE Manager will be based onsite on a 3/1 roster and work closely with the client, delivering safety advice and training onsite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong safety presence and believe in a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:- Liaising directly with the client
- Delivering safety advice and training onsite
- Reporting and overseeing the HSE admin & advisor in their team
- Site investigations and reporting
- Working with subcontractors on site
- Ensuring everyone follows safety standards
This is a long-term secure employment opportunity with a leading company in the renewable energy sector, offering:
- Up to $180k salary + superannuation and car on site (HSE Manager)
- Up to $130k salary + superannuation and car on site (HSE Advisor)
- 5 weeks of annual leave per year
- 3/1 roster from any city on the east coast
- Strong company culture and lots of support from HR
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS
- Experience using HammerTech Software
- Proven experience working on similar projects or large infrastructure
