Job Description:

We are excited to represent a leading company in the renewable energy sector, building a new project team for a solar farm project in regional Victoria.

About the Opportunity:

The HSE Manager will be based onsite on a 3/1 roster and work closely with the client, delivering safety advice and training onsite. The ideal candidate will possess a strong safety presence and believe in a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising directly with the client
  • Delivering safety advice and training onsite
  • Reporting and overseeing the HSE admin & advisor in their team
HSE Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Site investigations and reporting
  • Working with subcontractors on site
  • Ensuring everyone follows safety standards

Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert IV in WHS
  • Experience using HammerTech Software
  • Proven experience working on similar projects or large infrastructure
