About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in the plumbing industry.

  • Providing product information and quotes to customers
  • Picking, packing, and stock control activities
  • Maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring accurate product information
  • Using a computer and learning new systems
  • Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in retail sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. You should also have a clean, valid driver's licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Retail Sales Assistant will include:

  • Assisting customers with product queries and orders
  • Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
